3rd International Symposium on Current Sciences and Applied Researches

The International Symposium on Current Sciences and Applied Researches (ISCSAR2026) is an international academic event organized by Sinop University. It represents the third edition of a scientific symposium series successfully held in 2024 and 2025.

ISCSAR2026 brings together researchers, academicians, and professionals from diverse disciplines to present and discuss current scientific developments, innovative methodologies, and applied research outcomes. The symposium provides an international platform for scientific exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The event will be held on 9-10 November 2026 in a hybrid format (in-person and online participation). The central themes of ISCSAR2026 are Environment, Disaster, Climate, and Construction, addressing critical global challenges through interdisciplinary scientific perspectives. ISCSAR2026 is organized in compliance with the current requirements for international scientific meetings established by the Inter-Universities Council of Türkiye (ÜAK).

In alignment with global sustainability and climate agendas, including COP31 to be hosted in Türkiye in November 2026, ISCSAR2026 contributes to ongoing international efforts in climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, environmental change, and sustainable development.

The symposium welcomes contributions across a broad range of fields, including environmental sciences, engineering disciplines, earth sciences, climate studies, disaster management, architecture, and urban and regional planning.

All submitted papers must be written in English. Presentations may be delivered in either Turkish or English, according to the preference of the authors.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the ISCSAR2026 Abstract Book with an E-ISBN. Selected papers may be considered for publication in partner international journals, subject to independent peer-review and editorial evaluation processes.

ISCSAR2026 ensures an inclusive and international academic environment that encourages global participation and fosters scientific collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Das International Symposium on Current Science and Applied Researches (ISCSAR2026) ist die dritte Ausgabe einer wissenschaftlichen Symposiumsreihe, die von der Sinop Universität organisiert und in den Jahren 2024 und 2025 erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde.

ISCSAR2026 bietet eine internationale Plattform für Forschende, Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler sowie Fachleute aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen, um aktuelle wissenschaftliche Entwicklungen, innovative Methoden und Ergebnisse angewandter Forschung zu präsentieren und zu diskutieren. Das Symposium fördert den wissenschaftlichen Austausch und die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit auf internationaler Ebene.

Die Veranstaltung findet am 9. und 10 November 2026 in einem hybriden Format (Präsenz- und Online-Teilnahme) statt. Das Leitthema des Symposiums lautet „Umwelt, Katastrophenmanagement, Klima und Bauwesen“ und fokussiert sich auf interdisziplinäre wissenschaftliche und angewandte Forschungsansätze zur Bewältigung aktueller globaler Herausforderungen. ISCSAR2026 wird in Übereinstimmung mit den aktuellen Anforderungen für internationale wissenschaftliche Tagungen organisiert, die vom Interuniversitären Rat der Türkei (ÜAK) festgelegt wurden.

Im Einklang mit den internationalen Bemühungen im Bereich Klima- und Nachhaltigkeitspolitik sowie der COP31, die im November 2026 in der Türkei stattfinden wird, leistet ISCSAR2026 einen wissenschaftlichen Beitrag zu den Themen Klimawandel, Umwelttransformation, Katastrophenvorsorge und nachhaltige Entwicklung.

Das Symposium umfasst ein breites Spektrum wissenschaftlicher Disziplinen, darunter Umweltwissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Geowissenschaften, Klimaforschung, Katastrophenmanagement, Architektur sowie Stadt- und Regionalplanung.

Alle Beiträge sind in englischer Sprache einzureichen. Die Präsentationen können nach Wahl der Teilnehmenden auf Türkisch oder Englisch gehalten werden.

Die angenommenen Abstracts werden im ISCSAR2026-Abstractband mit E-ISBN veröffentlicht. Ausgewählte Beiträge erhalten die Möglichkeit, nach einem unabhängigen Begutachtungs- und redaktionellen Evaluierungsverfahren in internationalen Partnerzeitschriften veröffentlicht zu werden.

ISCSAR2026 verfolgt das Ziel, durch ein inklusives und international ausgerichtetes akademisches Umfeld den wissenschaftlichen Austausch, die Forschungskooperation und die Verbreitung hochwertiger Forschungsergebnisse zu fördern.

International Symposium on Current Science and Applied Researches (ISCSAR2026) est la troisième édition d’une série de symposiums scientifiques organisée par l’Université de Sinop et menée avec succès en 2024 et 2025.

ISCSAR2026 réunit des chercheurs, universitaires et professionnels issus de diverses disciplines afin de favoriser le partage des avancées scientifiques récentes, des méthodes innovantes et des résultats de la recherche appliquée. Le symposium offre une plateforme internationale encourageant les échanges scientifiques et la coopération interdisciplinaire.

Le symposium se tiendra les 9 et 10 Novembre 2026 sous un format hybride (participation en présentiel et en ligne). Le thème principal de cette édition est « Environnement, Catastrophes, Climat et Construction », avec un accent particulier sur les approches scientifiques interdisciplinaires visant à répondre aux défis mondiaux contemporains. ISCSAR2026 est organisé conformément aux exigences actuelles applicables aux réunions scientifiques internationales, établies par le Conseil Interuniversitaire de Turquie (ÜAK).

En cohérence avec la COP31, qui se déroulera en Türkiye en novembre 2026, ISCSAR2026 contribue aux efforts scientifiques internationaux dans les domaines du changement climatique, de la transition environnementale, de la réduction des risques de catastrophe et du développement durable.

Le symposium couvre un large éventail de domaines académiques, notamment les sciences de l’environnement, les disciplines de l’ingénierie, les sciences de la Terre, les études climatiques, la gestion des catastrophes, l’architecture ainsi que l’aménagement urbain et régional.

Toutes les communications soumises doivent être rédigées en anglais. Les présentations pourront être réalisées en turc ou en anglais, selon la préférence des participants.

Les résumés acceptés seront publiés dans le Recueil des Résumés de l’ISCSAR2026 doté d’un E-ISBN. Les contributions sélectionnées pourront être soumises à des revues internationales partenaires pour une éventuelle publication, sous réserve d’un processus indépendant d’évaluation scientifique et éditoriale.

ISCSAR2026 a pour ambition de renforcer la coopération scientifique et le partage des connaissances en offrant un environnement académique inclusif favorisant une participation à l’échelle internationale.

International Symposium on Current Science and Applied Researches (ISCSAR2026) является третьей конференцией научной серии симпозиумов, организуемой Университетом Синопа и успешно проведённой в 2024 и 2025 годах.

ISCSAR2026 объединяет исследователей, учёных, преподавателей и специалистов различных областей для обмена современными научными достижениями, инновационными методами и результатами прикладных исследований. Симпозиум предоставляет международную платформу, способствующую развитию научного взаимодействия и междисциплинарного сотрудничества.

Симпозиум состоится 9-10 Ноябрь 2026 года в гибридном формате (очное и онлайн-участие). Основная тема мероприятия — «Окружающая среда, стихийные бедствия, климат и строительство», с акцентом на междисциплинарные научные и прикладные исследования, направленные на решение современных глобальных вызовов. ISCSAR2026 организуется в соответствии с действующими требованиями к международным научным мероприятиям, установленными Межуниверситетским советом Турции (ÜAK).

В соответствии с международной климатической и экологической повесткой, включая COP31, которая состоится в Турции в ноябре 2026 года, ISCSAR2026 вносит вклад в развитие научных исследований и международного сотрудничества в области изменения климата, экологической трансформации, снижения риска бедствий и устойчивого развития.

Тематика симпозиума охватывает широкий спектр научных направлений, включая экологические науки, инженерные дисциплины, науки о Земле, климатические исследования, управление рисками бедствий, архитектуру, а также городское и региональное планирование.

Все представляемые материалы должны быть подготовлены на английском языке. Доклады могут быть представлены на турецком или английском языке по выбору участников.

Принятые тезисы будут опубликованы в Сборнике тезисов ISCSAR2026 с присвоением E-ISBN. Отобранные работы получат возможность публикации в международных партнёрских научных журналах при условии успешного прохождения независимого рецензирования и редакционной оценки.

ISCSAR2026 стремится укреплять научное сотрудничество и обмен знаниями, предоставляя инклюзивную академическую среду, способствующую широкому международному участию.

Abstracts must be prepared in English in accordance with the template provided below. Author names should be written with the first letter capitalized, while surnames must be written in all capital letters. The affiliations of the authors should be indicated using numerical superscripts; the same number should be used for authors affiliated with the same institution and department. The corresponding author must be clearly specified below the affiliation line, together with their e-mail address.

Figures, illustrations, and tables should not be included in the abstract. The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must be supported by a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords.

    Sempozyum süresince konaklama, katılımcılar tarafından bireysel olarak karşılanacaktır. Boyabat ve çevresinde farklı bütçelere uygun otel, pansiyon ve apart seçenekleri bulunmaktadır.

    Yoğunluk yaşanabileceği için konaklama rezervasyonlarının erken yapılması önerilmektedir. Sempozyumun gerçekleştirileceği Boyabat Kampüsü’ne yakın tesislerin tercih edilmesi tavsiye edilir.

    Ayrıca Sinop Merkez’de de çeşitli konaklama imkânları mevcuttur. Sinop Merkez–Boyabat arası düzenli ulaşım bulunmakta olup, seyahat süresi planlamalarda dikkate alınmalıdır.

    Accommodation during the symposium will be arranged individually by participants. A variety of hotels, guesthouses, and apartment options are available in Boyabat and its surroundings, catering to different budgets and needs.

    Due to possible high demand, early reservation is strongly recommended. Participants are advised to choose accommodations located near the Boyabat Campus, where the symposium will be held.

    In addition, various accommodation options are also available in Sinop City Center. Regular transportation is available between Sinop City Center and Boyabat, and travel time should be considered in planning.

    Boyabat’a Türkiye’nin birçok ilinden, özellikle İstanbul, Ankara ve Samsun üzerinden düzenli otobüs seferleri ile ulaşım sağlanmaktadır.

    Sinop üzerinden Boyabat’a karayolu ile yaklaşık 1,5 saatlik bir yolculukla ulaşım mümkündür.

    En yakın havalimanı Sinop Havalimanı olup, buradan karayolu ile Boyabat’a ulaşım sağlanabilmektedir. Samsun Çarşamba Havalimanı ve Kastamonu Havalimanı alternatif hava ulaşımı noktalarıdır.

    Sempozyumun gerçekleştirileceği Boyabat Kampüsü’ne şehir merkezinden taksi ve yerel ulaşım araçları ile kolaylıkla erişim sağlanabilmektedir.

    Boyabat can be reached by regular bus services from many cities across Türkiye, particularly Istanbul, Ankara, and Samsun.

    Access to Boyabat via Sinop is possible by road, with an approximate travel time of 1.5 hours.

    The nearest airport is Sinop Airport, from which Boyabat can be reached by road. Samsun Çarşamba Airport and Kastamonu Airport are alternative air travel options.

    The Boyabat Campus, where the symposium will be held, can be easily accessed from the town center by taxi and local transportation options.
